Best time to eat here is for breakfast. Place is empty and service is really fast. Aunty Molly is also really sweet. She does a great job cleaning the place up.
Today for lunch at waterway point I was wanting to eat at McDonalds my most fav chicken nuggets meal... But I changed my mind n I went to Jollibee which is just beside McDonalds...as McDonalds I m always eating... So I decided to eat Jollibee... I posted a Jollibee review from Jollibee city square mall...today I tried something different at Jollibee waterway point...to c how is the food, service n atmosphere here... After checking the order machine I decided to order the striracha loaded fries...it has ala carte n meal...the meal comes w a drink...but I chose ala carte...as there I wanted to try the kaya ice cream...there is also choc sundae... But I chose kaya ice cream as i wanted to try n c how does the combination of kaya n vanilla ice cream taste like together... For the choc sundae is $2 but for the kaya ice cream I paid a additional of $1... So I paid $3... For the striracha loaded fries ala carte i paid $8.50 ... In this striracha loaded fries there is chicken bites added... Which I felt was so much Similar to 4 fingers crispy chicken... I fried the cheesy loaded fries at 4 fingers crispy chicken n I even posted a review... The service here is v bad at this Jollibee waterway point...the spoon for the ice cream given to me got hair on it... The ice cream cup was not meant for this kaya ice cream but for the choc sundae...another thing which I did not like about the service was that the chicken bites not fully given... N the v worst thing about the service was that I was being served by the manager n this is happening??? I saw a Chinese auntie mopping the floor...so the floor was clean... The tables r clean... The ice cream I was given wrong cup n still charged $1 extra for it...the kaya so less in the ice ice cream...to b honest I did not like the taste of the ice cream...not sweet at all... I tasted a bitter taste n I don't understand why??? Food I give 1 star Service I give 1 star Atmosphere I give 3 stars I seriously felt that my money was wasted... Not happy about it.... But at least I tried something new...at a new outlet of Jollibee so I know... ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
Food: 1.5/2 Jollibee’s fried chicken and spaghetti are consistently satisfying, and their hotdog is a hidden gem. I also enjoy the Yum Burger, a simple burger lifted by its sweet white sauce. Price: 0.5/1 Prices are fair for a fast‑food chain, neither cheap nor expensive. Customer Service: 0/1 Service has been consistently poor on multiple visits. On several Wednesday and Saturday nights, the cleaning staff have closed off about half the restaurant almost two hours before closing, even when the outlet is packed and customers are clearly looking for seats. From the outside, it feels like staff convenience is being prioritised over guests, and the manager on duty seems to allow this arrangement without regard for crowd levels. The cleaning staff also like to shift customers around to facilitate their cleaning midway through a meal. It also makes me wonder what Jollibee HQ would think about paying rent for the full space only for half the restaurant to be regularly cordoned off during busy periods. On one visit, the drink fountain was dispensing soft drinks without ice and the Coke was flat; when I raised it, the staff simply replied “ice is automatic” and did nothing further to rectify the problem. I also witnessed a couple dining in where one person was eating Stuff’d and the other Jollibee while seated inside the restaurant. A cleaning aunty loudly scolded them, yet no clear action was taken and no one clarified what the outlet’s policy on outside food actually is. The combination of reduced seating, unaddressed product issues, brusque responses, and inconsistent enforcement of rules makes the overall customer experience very poor. Location: 1/1 The outlet is conveniently located in Waterway Point, making it easy to swing by for a quick meal before or after shopping.
