Kim SayVery poor service at this outlet. The family (in foreground) wanted my table when they already occupied 2 other smaller tables. They were eyeing my table for some time which they can join to make a bigger one. I hadn't finished my drink when I had to take an important phone call. Without warning, the elderly Jollibee cleaning crew (in red uniform & cap) grabbed my tray, said 'you finished?' while I was still talking on the phone and seated at the table. I pulled my tray back from him. After my call, I spoke to the female Malay manager about the incident. She did not do anything, just listened passively. She did not even counsel the crew. The crew, saw me talk to the manager, then accused me of trying to 'make big' of the incident. He then went over to the family to talk about me for his own support. A quarrel ensued between me and the family. I told the family that they should wait for another table, not push me out to take my table just becos they wanted it. The family did not apologise and dismissed the incident by saying 'It's all good'. But it wasn't 'all good' for me. I was just minding my own business having my meal quietly until this family came and wanted my table during my meal. And the crew even criticised me even though I started nothing. Although the chicken was good, the awful experience marred my evening. I'll never go to this outlet again. What right has this family and the crew got to grab a customer's table just because they wanted it?
ChrisDelivery from Grab and respect to the grab delivery who was beyond punctual and the Jollibee staff for giving me a decent portion of chicken and followed instructions. Also the extra gravy was not forgotten as part of my order. LOVE THIS BRANCH
