This is tahu telor in green plate from the ayam penyet food stall. It's Halal, corner stall near the hidden handwash area. It's a very different type way of serving as they used Satay sauce, very tasty sauce, thick n rich. The tahu telor was tasty as there's the kunyit, tumeric taste n smell which bring out the flavour. But sadly the tofu is small cubes and the hairy fried egg was a lot more than the tofu. But I enjoyed the dish a lot. Tasty!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Also ate the Salted egg chicken with rice and sunny side up from the Halal zichar stall, Seabay, I think that's the food stall name. Pic look huge chunks of boneless chicken pcs. Ordered n upon receiving it, such a disappointment, they used those chicken pop corn, Abt 6 PCs, egg also can't fry properly. Taste wise, the salted egg with a mixture with other ingredients. There's room for improvement. Better go eat at kopitiam Westmall of the same dish. ⭐⭐
Kopitiam at NUH Main building. I tried the food from a few stalls and i think the Nasi Padang stall's mee robus was good; Wok delight we ordered Pineapple Rice and Mee Goreng, both average. My mee goreng tasted like hokkien mee though 😅 ; Popiah used to be pretty good but previous order was not up to standard, was too wet and a little bland. Penyet was good but you must order when the chicken freshly out from frying pan. I went one late evening around 8pm, the chicken was lukewarm and it was not nice at all. I was very disappointed. As for beverages, i am ok with their coffee and tea!
Recommend the western stall, you get what you paid for, large portions/servings. Had the salmon pasta set meal, with mushroom soup & fries, salmon was large but thin fillet, otherwise taste was good. 😋 Would recommend the previous meal I had last visit, the fried chicken cutlet set meal & upgrade to chees fries, that 1 the fried fillet was crispy & thick.👍👍
