Husk Nasi Lemak was decent but did not quite live up to the hype for me. The coconut rice had a nice fragrance at first, though it leaned slightly oily and felt heavier than expected after a few bites. The sambal carried a mild sweetness with a gentle kick, but it did not really stand out. The usual accompaniments like ikan bilis and peanuts were standard, nothing particularly memorable. I tried the grilled chicken which had a reasonably crispy exterior, though it was not especially juicy or tender inside. Portion size was also on the smaller side, and I found myself wishing there was a bit more rice and protein to justify the price. Presentation was neat and the space has a modern vibe, but overall it felt more average than exceptional. It satisfies a craving if you are nearby, though I would not go out of my way for it.

As a local I have never ventured this place upstairs before, only seen those shops on the ground floor. Didn't know there were so many other interesting shops upstairs. My friend recommended me this place so I went to try on a weekend afternoon. When I arrived I was the only customer and was quite intuitive I just saw the word "signature" and ordered the Signature Chicken Cutlet. I asked if there was Begedil and he told me it's not in the set so I ordered one. Didn't take long for the dish to be served. Was quite a big plate and quite a number of sides. The rice was quite unique to me because it tasted like a mix between nasi lemak and chicken rice, and it complemented very well with the crispy bits. The chicken was well executed, it was hot and crispy and most of all, boneless. Basically a good dish and it was quite filling for me. The only feedback I had was probably the begedil was kinda tasteless no flavours other than just the potato so was a little disappointed, and was expecting the egg yolk to be more "lava" like shown in the photos that it being almost cooked. Other than that thought it's worth recommending to visit for a try.

As a local, this place feels foreign to me. It definitely felt as though we were in a different country altogether. The food choice, location and the marketing of the food itself felt like different from the usual. It felt exclusive, something like Taiwan or Japan, but not that either.. so we felt mixed on this. Lets dive in! Food: The Nasi Lemak sold here is not the typical type sold at stands or mamaks. This felt and looked more premium, in contrast to the usual type found, even in hotels. For the magic to happen, we would suggest either going down to try yourself, or the least, imagine through our photos. Service: There was minimal contact as we ordered via the portal. Food then arrived within 10mins. Staff had smiles mode on when we observed them. Atmosphere: This layout and location gave us the slip. Right by the escalator, we didnt realise it was the shop til we were nearer. The vibe here felt different. The decorations and layout were observed to be fairly simple but pratical.. All in all, the food tasted awesome but not for the price you pay for. It would be best to try once and maybe host a few friends over for an upgraded Nasi Lemak menu. Go on down and try for yourself! Cheers!!
