Noor Ernea concern regarding hygiene practices observed at the Sun Plaza branch on 27 May 2026 at approximately 8.20pm. A staff member (a Chinese lady wearing glasses) was seen sweeping the floor prior to serving customers. She then proceeded to take my order and was about to prepare food, including scooping rice, without washing or sanitising her hands. After attending to the order, she resumed sweeping duties. This sequence of actions is concerning, as it reflects poor hygiene practices for a staff member handling food. I hope the management will review the CCTV footage of the incident and provide appropriate guidance and retraining to ensure proper food hygiene standards are consistently maintained. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
YK LaiThis is a good place for no frills eatery. No service charge, only GST. Only 3 tables available for dine in. The tomato soup is good. But the chicken herb soup is a bit plain. So, I would recommend tomato soup. The yuzu pamelo dessert is really sweet. It's a small portion, but due to the sweetness, that's just the right portion for individual.
