Rennie LeeA convenient place to order some nice soups! Tried the tomyum so far which was nice! This time I’m trying the stir fry mala which was actually not bad too. You can’t select the spicy level but it was okay!
Yi Ting Tayordered the dry mala and took more than 25 minutes for my order until i had to ask the staff where’s my order because the order number disappeared from the screen. saw that my order was sitting all the way at the end when i ordered earlier and the staff almost could not find my order. seem to be very inefficient with packing and their overall workflow process. worse still, when i got my order the potato slices were undercooked and the noodles werent mixed or cooked enough. friend ordered same thing and the consistency is very off because while mine was dry without much sauce, hers had enough sauce. please fix the packing process and ensure consistency for food.
C TanWhilst I genuinely don’t mind having the soup for lunch and am happy with the choices, the system of preparation takes way too long. The staff clearly cannot cope with lunch crowds and the packing of soups seem to take incredibly long and I can see my soup sitting on the counter for an extended amount of time. I hope the management improve their timeliness and preparation
