minqi liOriginal Review: The lady from the store misled us that the durian can be brought to Macau with no special requirements. We have confirmed many times if it is allowed as carry-on without checking in the luggage. End up our durian was confiscated and not allowed onboard. Follow Up: We have talked to customer service and they helped us process a refund and explained that there had been no issues in the past. This case was an exception and they will raise it with the authorities to make sure the appropriate training goes through to allow Durian.
