edtayjbI was here today (14 JULY 2026) for my Nasi Padang fix at my favorite stall at Food Junction in Westgate. I'm a big fan of Hjh Maimunah and I have tried this stall many times in the past. I ordered the following today: a Nasi Padang of rice with lemak pucuk, acar, sambal terung and beef rendang. It was excellent as expected. Service here was very good - friendly, courteous and obliging. The dining ambience here was very nice as it's in an air conditioned food court.
Mr YangThis review is for their delivery service via Food Panda. Pretty disappointing experience, the web ordering page did not include curry gravy option, only have sambal belacan 'opt-out' option. Since I did not opt-out the sambal belacan, I was expecting to have them included in my order while also hopeful that my rice would be drench with any type of curry by default, afterall I am having Nasi Padang and not Nasi Lemak. I ended up having neither, even the Beef Rendang was practically zero sauce. I shd have remark in Special Instructions to have curry on the rice but I simply couldn't find a way to do it after I submitted the order. But given that they forgotten about the sambal belacan, they might also missed out on the curry even if it was indicated in the special instructions. It's the constant experience like this that I never go for food delivery unless it was the last resort.
raraAnother great experience at Hjh Maimunah! The beef rendang remains our favourite and never disappoints; rich, tender, and full of flavour. We also enjoyed taking part in the blind foil magnet giveaway. Since the magnets were randomly packed, we visited several outlets to complete the collection, and we’re happy to say we finally collected all 6 magnets! Thank you for the delicious food and warm hospitality. Wishing the team continued success!
