Heard about the delicious local chicken rice here, & had to make my way down to try it. Store opens at 12pm & visibly saw a queue forming immediately. Ordered and tried their Ayam Penyet & chicken was tender & juicy, while the rice was really fragrant! Sedap! 😋 While waiting, I chatted with an uncle sitting at the same table. Told me he is a regular of this store & have been eating his dishes for a long time now. 👍🏼 best recognition you can get ☺️ check out the last pic to see the queue Store owner told me he doesn’t do Grab / Food Panda & focuses on his physical customers. Great focus & sticks to his principles. Had an enjoyable lunch here with a buzzing local hawker ambience. What you’d expect from a typical hawker here in Singapore.
