Flo Y.Mei De presents what is easily one of the most chaotic and high-density coffeeshop environments I have personally experienced. Comprising two separate, heavily staffed coffeeshops situated right across from one another, the location boasts an impressive, massive variety of food options that provide great daily convenience for residents living in the immediate estate. That said, the entire spatial layout feels explicitly optimized for maximum revenue and footprint utilization. The seating arrangements are incredibly tight, and the dining floor is defined by constant, fast-paced crowd movements at every single moment. While the sheer variety of stalls is commendable, the baseline food quality across the board remains strictly average. It is highly functional for a quick, no-frills neighborhood meal, but there are no standout culinary destinations here.

Many more food variety with the usual economy rice, hainanese chicken rice, to Yung tow fu, coffee stall as well as a nonya chendol and Chinese pancake stalls. There is something for everyone here. Place is brightly lighted and well maintained. Very clean. Very busy especially during bfast and lunch hour
Richard TanFirst visit and highly recommended by my sister in law. Newly renovated. Toilet modern and clean. Let's hope the public will use it responsibly. This coffee shop is huge with many stalls. Good selection and good food. The contractor engaged to cleans the tables do a good job. Unlike other hawker centres where the cleaners simply sweep the leftover food stuff on to the floor and do not clean the tables. I hope the supervisor continue to motivate the staff to do well. Afterall, this is our country and we should be proud to keep everything and everywhere clean.
