izack03I don't really like that they put so much sambal on the Japanese Prawn Ramen. Should have asked customer first whether to put it or not. Prawn in ramen is fresh though. Prawn Chawanmushi and avocado prawn salad is good. Sushi also good. In my recent visit the wasabi tasted very mild, did not have the usual sensation. Quite dissappointing.
Francis CheongRegret coming to this outlet. Food is one of the worst tasting out of all the sushi chains in Singapore. Pricy and poor service. Staffs lack of customer service experience. Chawanmushi is sweet and lukewarm, miso soup is barely warm, sushi’s quality is comparable to supermarket, promotional item, Cheese oyster is not fresh., tempura taste mediocre, ordered Mentaiko fries and it was served charred. I feedback to the staff, she said it is like this but offered to cancel this order. When I asked for the outlet manager or supervisor to feedback further, staff said that no one is in charge at the point of dining.
Sonja SonStaff is very rude and lack of customer service experience, the menu cannot load,suddenly got mad and scold customer about the matter and want to ask anything also all got ignore, not not that the food quality is very bad. Its recommended not to come here, just walk a few steps, go to cauway point eat sushi hiro or ichiban boshi more delicious. Not Recommended to come to this restaurant👎👎
