Heavenly Wang is a popular spot with nearby office workers, especially during lunch hours. The menu offers a good variety of familiar local favourites — from laksa and mee siam to kaya toast sets — all at reasonable, wallet-friendly prices. Portions are satisfying and service is generally efficient given the crowd One small downside is that the tray return area can get quite full during peak periods, which makes clearing your table a bit inconvenient
not that great for the laksa though it was mentioned that it was the best seller. soup was very little almost like dry laksa. not sure if that's how they do it. for the price, can't say anything though.
Always patronised your stall when I was living in Telok Blangah area. Nowadays, seldom had a chance to eat at Wang cafe, but I was surprised that a lot of the branches were closing one by one, Harbourfront Centre and Plaza Singapura. Today, I know why.. visited your Alexandra Retail Centre branch, the ice milo was so diluted, I thought I was drinking water! Eggs were so small, and kaya toast bread had a burnt taste. I think Wang Cafe really need to improve your drinks and food! Furthermore, staff needs to put more heart into their work. Tray return station are all packed and yet they are busy giggling away.
