During a recent afternoon visit to Jewel Changi Airport, my wife and I stopped by the Chinatown Roast stall at Kopitiam Canteen for a late lunch. Arriving around 3:30 PM, we missed the heavy lunch crowd and were greeted by our server, Mr. Lok, who was incredibly humble and patient. Even when a technical glitch delayed our cashless payment, he handled the situation with a warm smile. We ordered the Wonton Noodles and the fried tofu. Because the tofu took a little extra time to prepare, we went ahead and found a seat. We accidentally missed the pickup notification, but Mr. Lok went out of his way to kindly bring the dish over to our table—a thoughtful gesture that genuinely touched us. The food absolutely lived up to the service. The Wonton Noodles were delicious, featuring a perfect balance of flavors and texture. As for the tofu, it was expertly prepared—beautifully crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside. We were thoroughly impressed by both the hospitality and the food, and we highly recommend this stall!
Kopitiam @ T3 Public located at 65 Airport Blvd., B2-03 Terminal 3 Singapore Changi Airport. There are many variety food in this food court located at Changi Airport Terminal 3. This Kopitiam is open 24 hours and offer affordable food at any time of the day. They have the choice of halal and non halal food. At the late hours of the night, not all stalls are open but the food court have sufficient stall to supply and support for the passengers and staff working in the airport. The claypot rice and bak ku teh is a must try items. The soup is so authentic, aromatic and tasted so well. Came for a few times and only visited the same stores. Definitely will be back again.
My first time trying Nana Curry at Terminal 3, I am impressed by the thickness of curry, generous amount of ingredients & the signature Peranakan chicken wings! The curry is towards medium spicy, with Taupok, potato & 2 pieces of chicken. The truffle curry ramen is special with pronounced truffles aroma. The chicken wings are Crispy, the prawn paste taste “fresher” and not so salty as the others. Worth the try!
