My family highly recommended me Hassan's Meet Rebus however I find the gravy to be so so. I think it was due to their version is less sweet and more salty to my liking. Service was fast and friendly .

Changi Village Hawker Center is still the best place to have affordable local food. Always will get something here before going for a Pulau Ubi island trip. With so many stalls selling nasi lemak and offering almost the same fanfare, this Hassan Stall offers Mee Siam, Mee Rebus, Mee Soto and Lotong. Their food is tasty and nice! The portion is generous and gravy is nice!

This is an unassuming little stall with hefty heritage. I’ve tried the lontong , mee rebus and mee siam before and opted for laksa this time round. A great alternative to Singapore laksa unless you’re totally addicted to hae bee hiam (this appears to be the key difference between laksa from Northern Malaysia vs Singapore. Penang laksa and sarawak laksa are not comparable.
