Disclaimer: This review is based on my personal experience and is not meant to defame any merchant. This is not a recent incident but I felt obliged to provide my honest review after noticing that people are still facing the same issue. Anyway, all I can say is that its very bad quality food. I don't understand how these guys have no qualms in treating their customers in this manner. If the food is not delicious, I could still forgive them since everyone has different taste. However, my issue here is with with business practice. My family bought 3 packets of chicken biryani from their "Wedding Biryani" booth at Expo. The food was all prepacked, so we were not able to see the contents. When we reached home, we were shocked to see its contents. All we got was a small broken chicken wing that looked like it was boiled. The rice was ordinary. We basically paid $10 per packet to be served flavored rice with a boiled chicken piece. Since when is that wedding biryani? Really ruined our dinner. To those who doubt me, look at the photos and judge for yourself.
Ordered 360 dollars worth of biryani for Hari Raya. Chicken was ok. Mutton was full of fats and difficult to eat. First time the food quality good, second time it was bad so we feedback and now the third time it is also bad.
Hey! I wanted to leave a quick feedback review. Yesterday I came down to your store at Expo and had the best masala chai. Unfortunately there wasn’t any left when I wanted a second round, but one of your daughters (or staff) recommended that I try the chai instead and I have to say, the chai I had tasted amazing as well. I’d love to see you all set up more stores at upcoming events like this. Also, do you guys have a restaurant? I’d definitely love to pop by sometime!
