YoleI have bought from the shop a few times and enjoyed their mini cakes. Yday I ordered a cake for my fathers birthday and boy I was shock when i saw it today. Tottaly different from what was shown on their shopee shop front page. Not much of mango pomelo and the cake base was dry. The cake was squarish and flat. Like the cake never rise at all. I really wonder where they get the good reviews on shopee from And I paid $83 for a 1kg cake. Totally not worth it. Will not patronise it anymore. Not even buy their mini cakes.
Lynn LinWe love the old school bakery vibes at Happy Oven. Besides the usual variety of breads (i.e. chicken sausage bread, chicken floss bread and etc), the highlight for us had to be their cakes and pastries! Our top picks are Mango Strawberry Cake, Ondeh Ondeh Cake, Apple Crumble Tart, Chendol Cake and Pistachio Éclair. We would be loyal customers if the location was more convenient for us.
SharonngCakes are nice but staff attitude very bad. Had been waiting at the counter for a few minutes waiting to be served. The lady staff with short hair just ignore and continue to display boxes of cake which I think that can wait but not your customer. Your staff would rather let the customer wait? Attitude is very rude too. Not recommended to go back although cakes are nice. What for as a consumer we buy your products but had to tolerate your staff poor service attitude!
