Ordered Spicy Gyumen. It was really spicy for lvl 1. Food was quite good. Beef was the standout. Wait times can be long as it is a one man show and preparing the food can take really long. Owner was abit fiesty and short tempered over a small misunderstanding that soured the experience. Place was also small and can get really stuffy. Prices are still reasonable for the food you get. Overall, objectively food was quite good but service and atmosphere was not great.

Fantastic meal and experience. Located at level 2 of Oxley Tower, in a tiny shop in the corner ran by 1 person Meat was nice and thin, perfect for the meal. Rice slightly sticky and pair together with the runny egg, makes a nice texture

I love this place. Gyunion was my first lunch place when I first started working in the CBD more than four years ago, and it always holds a special place in my heart. The Gyu-tsukemen is my favourite and every time I tell myself I should try ordering something else, I just ended up ordering the same thing because I couldn't resist it. The Spicy Gyu-tsukemen is a newer menu, and it is also as irresistible . And at times when it is 辛い, 辛いものはやっぱ一番なんです.
