Ele LimThere's a good variety of food (udon, pasta, curry rice, dons etc) and and the maki is not available at 1pm… cause not ready. overall food quality is decent at the price point. Hamburg don is ok, will be better without mentaiko imo. Chicken breast and pasta hotplate was good. Sukiyaki is decent, but the karubi beef cut not great. Food service is slow, dish by dish across 20-30 mins. Servers are nice!
Wayne NgianMy family and I are more than satisfied visiting GyoGyo Japanese Grilled Fish & Sukiyaki for a weekend dinner together! From the moment we waited outside till finishing our meals, everything is absolutely wonderful! Min and G attended our requests promptly and were very hospitable in providing excellent service during our meals! When our meal orders had difficulties entering the system successfully, the team went to rectify the issue immediately and even offered to help us manually take order our meals! The meals were amazing! Just imagine seeing seafood platter and sukiyaki presentation right in front of you, as well as the wonderfully presented sides and nicely filled beverage cups, you feel that you are treated like a majesty as soon as these scrumptious meals are served directly at the comfort of the sofa! Soup for sukiyaki allows for unlimited refills, while washoku (bento rice sets) allows for rice refills as well! The restaurant is pretty generous with meal portions as well as refills! We totally love it when we can have a wonderful taste of Japan even without travelling to Japan! Thank you so much to GyoGyo @ City Square Mall for delivering such a hospitable service for my family! We will definitely come again in the future! Highly recommended for their quality Japanese meal (Washoku, Sukiyaki, Noodles, sides, hand made beverages etc) with a decent price point!
