  Had an unfortunate experience at Green Delights Westgate. A staff member accidentally spilled a very hot bowl onto my husband’s hand which caused pain and redness. What was disappointing was that although the staff clearly saw his reaction, there was no apology or any attempt to check if he was okay. We also noticed the bowl seemed extremely hot and filled to the brim, and the staff appeared to struggle holding it ( might have burn his own hand too ) even before passing it over to a customer which raises some safety concerns. Accidents can happen but ignoring a customer after causing an injury is unacceptable. Basic responsibility and awareness were completely lacking.

  After a period of closing for renovation, they are now back and bringing us a variety of popular dishes. Today I came back here to try my favorite dish, ban mian. It was really great. Thank you. I will come back again soon.
