  I used to frequent this stall as my workplace was nearby previously. Was really looking forward to eating the chicken rice again last week but I was sorely disappointed. The standard is not the same as when Uncle Jab was around. Yes the chicken is tender but that’s about it. If you look at older review photos, the chicken was fried till its skin was crispy and fragrant but still tender inside. It was so so good. The other issue I had last week was the green colouring that was added. It made the onion in the chilli look bright green and even stained the chicken meat inside which did not happen before. It makes me really sad to have to write this review but I really miss Uncle Jab’s version and I sincerely hope everyone can taste it again.

  Cos is Ramadan times then I have the chance to try it but n not sure cos is Ramadan time ("they said" Ramadan times, they do not have the strength to "cook"), i literally totally disappointed... Everyday there's will be long Q, really wonder what the hype??? Really, don't really need to bothered to Q just for this... There's way much better "fried chicken rice", all U really need to do is to add in the "green chilli"...

  A simple dish consisting fried chicken, basmati rice and chilli but done well. The fried chicken was seasoned very nicely, deep fried till it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Mix both the green chilli (fragrant) and red chilli (spicy) together to have the perfect topping for the chicken rice. Advise Come before 11:15 before the huge queue starts.
