  Excellent newly renovated room with the most helpful & well-trained staff 🥹 Shoutout to Izuan & Selina for providing such exceptional service which assured me that I made the right decision booking with GCW. They go above and beyond for their customers and make sure they are happy and satisfied. I can’t thank them enough and I will surely be back as I feel that the management is doing something right producing such well trained staff. As I was celebrating a birthday here the staff also helped us arrange a complimentary chocolate cake that was very delicious! Amazing thank you so much! 🙏 Also, the breakfast buffet spread was really nice with a widespread of different food options :) Loved the water dispenser in the room. The gym was really big and well equipped. Swimming pool was okay could be improved. The wardrobe in the room was a little weird as it is an opening door instead of sliding (if opened, no one could pass through the walkway as it is just nice for the door). Overall a fantastic experience here and I would 100% come back and recommend everyone to stay at GCW :) keep up the good work!

  🏩🛋️🛍️🚿🦐🦑🥑🍱🍣🫕🥘🫖🍽️ Love GCW, one of the top hotels in town I abs adore. Claire, Nee Tsu, Bobby have been superb hosts to myself & my close friends. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I love the 8 series rooms, super huge, outstanding size of room overlooking Robertson Quay and the pools and rivers. Loved the view, quietness, exclusivity. Filtered water tap in room was impressive. Love the stylish sofa, super king bed was comfy. 🛌 One thing I super love is The Lobby Lounge, do business meetings here often & outdoor terrace veranda, filled with gorgeous outdoor furniture. Loved looking at the river and the dogs hanging around always are so cute. Also love the breakkie & buffet, buffet have very reasonable offers, accessible parking here too. Brought my bff Jean Danker, and my aesthetic doctor Dr Jeanel for an amazing dining session hosted by F&B manager Bob & Kong. We enjoyed their SNOW CRAB, sushi sashimi and their Japanese riverside Izakaya grilled beef, seafood, chicken, cheese with meats, alcohol 🍺 🍸 🍷 drinks, champagne 🥂 etc it was abs delish and 10/10 service. Breakfast was perfect esp w Nutella chocolate 🍫 toast which I missed so much 😭

  Amazing property, amazing service, great staff and good location. We stayed at the suite on the first or second floor i guess, it was awesome, we had a huge balcony to ourselves overlooking the waterway and a beautiful city skyline view. Also i guess the pricing is very competitive, you can het a good deal if you book in advance. There were a few hiccups during the stay, but SHIRLEY SEELAN at front desk was all ears and went out of the way to help.
