GoGo Franks is Singapore's halal-certified chicken sausages shop that is located in the Mongkok (Level 3) area of Jurong Point Shopping Mall; which is directly accessible from the Arrival Berths of Boon Lay Bus Interchange. The menu is quite straightforward with the variety of different flavoured sausages and sauces to compliment. Their star is the prata sausage roll which comes in Junior or Jumbo size. You can even purchase their set menu. There are four to choose from based on affordability. Set A was the cheapest that I went for and it consisted of a drink which is either mineral water or iced peach tea; a Junior Prata Sausage Roll and 9 pieces of chicken sausage pieces or rolls. It is definitely worth the penny considering that the amount of food is plenty.

25/11/2025.. about 12pm.. Came down all the way from east side knowing theres gogo franks at jp. We ordered 15pcs mini sausage and a prata sausage at $15.. after we ordered we saw promotion item which was combo c that came with a drinks.. Prata was undercooked and soggy.. we did not even eat it!! The counter staff on duty were not friendly and did not make any effort to promote the available meals or provide recommendations. The interaction felt rushed, and there was little engagement or customer service provided. As a customer, I believe friendly service and basic product promotion are important parts of the dining experience. I hope you can look into this matter and provide your staff with the necessary guidance or training to improve service standards. I appreciate your attention to this feedback and look forward to a better experience in future visits.

Bad service experience in JP Gogo. I ordered the mini hot dogs. Although there were mini hot dogs available, I was given more cut-up pieces from jumbo sausages instead of the mini ones, which is abit dissappointing actually.. Additionally, I usually have all sauces combined, but the staff insisted, “NO, choose your sauce.” This was unexpected, as it has never been an issue before. This is very disappointing as Gogo used to provide good service. Please train your staff on the correct way of serving and communicating with customers. I hope this issue can be rectified.
