khrhmsWell ran and efficient outlet. Got seated, ordered through QR code and food arrived all within 10 mins. The portions are also good for 2 pax. The tom yum could have a better kick though. Kangkong was nice and freshly stir fried. Overall, will come again if I’m craving for chicken rice!
xComplaint Regarding Poor Service at Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice (NEX) on 5 March 2026 Dear Management, I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the poor service my party experienced at Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice at NEX on 5 March 2026 at approximately 7:59 PM. During our visit, we noticed that the eggs served with our meal were slightly burnt. We politely informed the staff and requested for a replacement plate. However, when the second plate arrived, the eggs appeared to be exactly the same as the previous one and were still burnt. When we brought this up to the manager on duty, instead of addressing the issue professionally, she raised her voice and insisted that the eggs had already been changed. She then told us that we could simply request a refund if we were not satisfied. We found this response very unprofessional and unacceptable. As customers, we were only requesting a reasonable replacement for food that was clearly overcooked. Being spoken to in a raised tone and dismissed in such a manner is not the level of service we expect. We hope that your management team will look into this matter seriously and review the service standards at this outlet to ensure that customers are treated respectfully and that food quality issues are handled appropriately. Chan Yu FanThe food was good. Chai Poh Omelette was fluffy and not oily. Chicken is slightly towards the tougher end but it taste just nice. Fish was not very spicy, I have a very low spice tolerance so it is good for people who cannot eat spicy food. Rice was surprisingly not oily I cant describe the taste so try it for yourself!
