    Had our Chinese New Year gathering at Ginger and it was such a satisfying festive feast with friends. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable — perfect for reunion dinners and group celebrations. One of the most fun parts was creating our own “Yu Sheng Pro Max” using ingredients from the buffet spread. We topped it up generously with extra abalone, sashimi, salmon belly and even lobster — definitely a premium DIY version that made the lohei extra memorable and indulgent. The Big & Bountiful East Asian Mala-licious Buffet had a great variety. Highlights for me were the free-flow mala abalone (spicy, numbing and addictive), assorted Xinjiang meat skewers, and the DIY Shaanxi Rougamo station which added a unique touch. The Baby Abalone Shanghai Noodles with pumpkin seafood broth were comforting and flavourful, and the Wagyu Beef Shabu Shabu with Sichuan pickled mustard soup was rich with a nice tangy kick. Overall, a generous spread with bold flavours and plenty of options. Great place for festive gatherings if you’re looking for variety and a fun, interactive buffet experience. Would come back for special occasions!

    Had a great dinner experience at Ginger. The standout was definitely the freshly grilled premium steaks - The beef fat fries and truffle sauce were too good. seafood selection was extensive. Service was warm and attentive throughout the evening as well. A great option if you’re looking for a halal buffet!
