Su Hui OngPoor service, bad waffle, bad ice cream. Will not visit again and do not recommend coming. Stand and wait at the counter for 10 mins to place order and the staff saw us and told us to wait. Only to tell us after 10mins that we could place order from the table using QR code. The waffle came without maple syrup when it stated on the menu that should came with it so I walk to the counter to ask. The Malay guy staff check my receipt and said that I requested no maple syrup, I was puzzled as I did not make any request to my order. So I asked if the default option is without maple syrup as I did not change anything. He did not reply my question and keep saying I put no maple syrup and now it will cost additional $1. This conversation repeated about 2 -3 times so I was fed up and asked again if could give now else it is ok, then he went to bring me one. The waffle was very soggy both outside and inside. Ice cream at the display looks melted and it came in very small portion and also melted within 5 mins of eating. I paid $17+ for 1 waffle and 1 scoop ice cream. It was a total waste of money and not worth at all for the service and food.
Md Isyraq Md SabriCame to the shop and placed the order online for the tiramisu sundae at 2047H. Place was quite empty with 2 other groups sitting inside. However, hygiene was poor as dirty dishes were simply left on the empty tables. At 2117H, my food still did not arrive. However, the staff were observed to be sitting down and resting at the kitchen area, not even busy. Asked the staff if they received ny order and was told they did. Observed that the staff only started making my order after I inquired about it. Upon receiving my order, it looked different from what was shown in the menu picture. No strawberry and no waffle stick as well. No explanation given by the staff when they served it to me. Don't understand why we have to pay 10% service charge if this is the kind of service being carried out.
L SHOrdered Brownie Heaven. See the difference between the advertised and the actual ice cream being served! Order via QR code. Item are hard to find and payment not seamless. Won’t come again
