We were the last customers before closing, but he never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. Instead, he was incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel comfortable throughout our order. His recommendations were excellent, we loved everything he suggested! The chocolate chip waffle was warm and the icecream was delicious. It's rare to come across someone who provides such genuine and warm customer service, especially at the end of a long shift. Definitely 5-star service from Asyara. Geláre is lucky to have him on the team. He deserves recognition (and honestly, a promotion! 😄). Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant one, we'll definitely be back!

No lava cake, picked out a croffle item and was informed by cashier that it has been discontinued sooooo long ago. Then why still on menu? You already know it’s discontinued, then remove it from the menu. Isn’t that like basic common sense? If it was discontinued JUST yesterday, then fine. But from how the cashier described it, it was quite a while back, so what have Gelare been doing since then? Disappointing first visit, never again.
Apple Crumbleafter taking our order this malay lady asked us to wait outside, after taking a peep inside there are a lot of empty seats with 4 workers just chatting and laughing at each other. We are a family of 2 adults with 4 kids. Despite seeing the note that we are not advise to occupy the seats near the railing panels, they still die2 want us to sit there. Very rude and dared to show face. Mind you all these happened after we have taken a seat. Yes, I know they had “Please wait to be Seated” sign outside but like I said, they all saw us waiting and eventually entered on our own. It’s a Tuesday so they had a staff leaning on the ice cream display instead of helping us to our seats. On top of that, they serve us ice cream with leftover watery whipped cream. I come here at least once every month but never on a Tuesday night. We drove here for Gelare but was disgustingly disappointed with the service.
