SG stamp rallyService is very slow with only 1 waffle machine in the whole shop. One order takes more than 30min wait and customers are not informed about the long wait time at the point of ordering. The staff should be able to estimate the wait time based on experience. Based on the number of people before me, it is definitely not "10min more" unless they are able to serve 1 waffle per min. How can an ice cream and waffles place be having only 1 waffle machine operating??? And my waffle came without its whipped cream.

MrADisappointed with the Service at Gelare I had an extremely disappointing experience at Gelare on Tuesday night at about 820pm. When I arrived at the store, there were already a few customers waiting with no staff in sight. The shop was completely unattended during that time. When a staff member finally returned 20 minutes later, I asked her what had happened, and she casually said she had gone to the washroom, with no apology or concern for the waiting customers. Her dismissive attitude was unacceptable, especially in a service-oriented environment. Apparently she came back together with a friend whom had dined halfway at the outlet. So I don’t know if she went for a smoking break or toilet break. This kind of neglect is not what I expect from a reputable brand like Gelare. I strongly urge the management to review the CCTV footage from that day and provide a full explanation. Customers deserve better service and accountability. Somehow I felt that the waffles tasted very ordinary on that day. Not worth our time and money. We won’t be returning to Gelare until the management can provide us a satisfactory response.
