Madeleine TanWe had a great meal here from start to finish. Every dish was well executed and the service was attentive and friendly. The mango salad was refreshing and made a good start to the meal. The prawn cakes were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We also ordered the stir-fried squid with sambal. The squid was tender and the sambal added great flavor. The sweet and sour fish was fresh and served in a generous portion, making it ideal for sharing. To finish, we had the brownie and the pineapple dessert. Both were served warm and paired well with the ice cream. We liked that the desserts were not overly sweet.

Tang Jie JieHad a lovely dining experience at Galangal Bishan. The restaurant has a beautiful and cozy atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings or catching up with friends. The Thai food was delicious and well-balanced in flavour. I especially enjoyed the bbq squid with Thai chili sauce and fish Cakes. The ingredients tasted fresh and the portions were generous. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal.Overall, a great place for authentic Thai food in Bishan. Would definitely come back again!
