We ordered food from this place via Grab at 8pm, was supposed to come around 9pm. The restaurant kept delaying beyond 9pm, ultimately showing a delivery time at almost 10pm only. At half past 9 the order got cancelled. Later we found out the restaurant already closed at 9pm… fantastic…

The food served was fast, the food was good and delicious. The downside is, there's not a lot of food to order of.. And the price was not that cheap yet not expensive. So so for me. You can self service to take the tap water.

The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing service; I stood there for quite a while, hoping someone would approach me or even acknowledge my presence. While I understand that sometimes businesses have an off day, the lethargy in service was palpable. It made what should have been an enjoyable experience feel more like an inconvenience. I hope the management takes note of this and encourages their team to engage more actively with customers.
