A smaller and older shopping centre in the River Valley area. It houses 1 supermarket (Fairprice) and 1 specialty shop cum restaurant (Little Farms), a few more eateries, a gym, a vet clinic, and a tuition centre. Heirloom tomatoes are sold at Little Farms. There is the butcher stand.

No seats for shoppers to rest. The seats are all in the eateries which means, need to buy food or drinks if anyone needs to sit to rest or wait for people. It's not meant for tourists. This shopping centre best serve the local community.
