Moiz MalikI like the taiwanese street food concept. They have the usual; XL friend chicken, fries, braised chicken rice, rice boxes and scallions noodles. They also have indomee for some reason. Perhaps they want some familiarity to pull the locals. I appreciate that it's halal certified. Ordering is no fuss, they have an extensive menu with traditional taiwanese flavours and Regional flavours. The rub however is that the waiting time is long. Even on off peak hours, the waiting time can be 30 mins..which is not ideal for fast food. Been here a couple of times, and I can see that they only have 3 staff handling the cooking and operations. Also another weird thing is that..when u order an upgraded or large meal..e.g. a large braised chicken rice, they give you two rice boxes instead of a larger rice box. But besides that..staff are great and I had a lovely meal. A must try.
Problz5790The food was ok, the portion sizes are small. The food was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. My main issue was with the portion sizes, which felt quite small for the price. I ordered the Jimbo Cutie Combo and paid an extra $2 for the large white rice option, but the upgrade only seemed to add an extra bowl of rice rather than increasing the overall meal portion or providing more chicken. It didn't feel like good value and left me a bit disappointed. Overall, the food was decent, but the portions and upselling strategy could be improved.

Every time I am at Suntec this is where I end up for a meal. 😄 Got the Indomie with Jimbo Cutie Salt & Pepper, upgraded to large, sweet potato fries and 100Plus — $16.60 total. More ex than KFC for sure but I keep coming back so that says something. Ordered at the kiosk, remembered to select no spring onion and they got it right. Chicken came out crispy and juicy, I think they fry it fresh after you order. Went during off peak, did not wait long and still got a seat alone without issue. The indomie/Fried Chicken is the reason I keep ordering the same thing every time. Just works.
