If your customer missed out on indicating if it's a takeaway, you can also remind/ask. Not sulk and complain AT YOUR CUSTOMER. Not once, not twice, at least 4 times. Coffee's diluted as hell. And make sure to also look at their measurement, it's always not a full cup. They'll just top it with ice.
