G AOne of the best soufflé pancakes I’ve had in Singapore! The pancakes are incredibly light, fluffy, and soft—they practically melt in your mouth. My only complaint is the price. At $20+ for two soufflé pancakes, it’s a little on the expensive side. If it were just a bit more affordable, I’d definitely come back more often. That said, if you’re craving Japanese-style soufflé pancakes, FLIPPER’S is definitely worth a try.

Service was great, the staff explained in details about the timing of food arrival and ensured if anyone has any allergies before confirming our order. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, time pass by fast as we were hanging out as a group and enjoying the meals.
Dione DingCame here to dine alone. Was looking for dessert and happen to walk pass this shop. The souffle pancakes was plated aestheticly with fruits and whip cream. I ordered the No. 3 Soufle pancake with fruits and honeycomb, It tasted super good! The pancakes was so soft and fluffy and was like eating a cloud that melts in your mouth. When you pour the honey over the pancakes, it makes it even better! The honeycomb with walknuts was super delicious too, it was like caramelised popcorn taste. Highly recommended!! 💯🔥
