Aidan TanI’ve been a regular customer here since I stay nearby and often come for meals, but my experience today was really disappointing. The rice was mushy and the service was terrible. The China lady at the counter was inattentive, I repeated my order clearly, she even echoed it back to me, yet still got it wrong. This was around 8 PM on a Thursday with no queue, and the staff were just standing around using their phones. Despite that, they still managed to mess up my order. When I asked about it, her response was rude and dismissive. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with both the food quality and service today.
Phyo Zaw HeinI already tried many chicken rice shop in Singapore but I think Fitra is the best one in all of that. I like the rice, pineapples slices, pickled cucumber and their sauces are different from other shops. Chicken not much need to chew and it easily melting in my mouth. Mustard also cut my small pieces and it is very easy to eat. I give rating 10/10 for food and 9/10 for services
