It is easily accessible 🚶♀️🚶♂️🚶and if you cannot find 👀 it…… follow the smell 👃🏻of the cookies! Lol 🤣 Staff : Very friendly gentlemen 🧔🏽♂️ that serve me. Greet me, very polite and positive 🫡. A pleasure to deal with. As I was placing a fairly large 🎁 order 🧾, he counted the boxes to confirm that they are able to provide before letting me know. Solid services rendered! 😎 Food : I ordered 2️⃣5️⃣ boxes of the Perfectly 💜 Box, Graciously 💚 Box and Positively 🩷 Box and inside, it comes with 120g of cookies 🍪 for $12.40 each. They were jammed packed with customers and could not get it done immediately so I volunteered 🙋♂️ to come back the next day. 📆 Cookies 🍪🍪🍪are just amazing! The aroma, the taste and the level of consistency is just unbelievable. 👍👍👍 No matter where you go, it will be identical. So, the Toa Payoh outlet is going to steal the show 💡because the staff 🧔🏽♂️👩🏾 are really good. I guess that makes it a core decision 🗯️ if you should travel 🚗🚙 to Orchard or just get it at Toa Payoh.
JeromeUnderstaffed and staff is unable to handle more than 1 customer. Staff do not acknowledge the presence of queueing customers, nor does she bother informing queuing customers if she will take long with existing orders and customer. I had chosen to stay away and boycott businesses whom staffs exhibit poor service etiquettes and service standards and this outlet is no exception. Will be looking forward to see your shutters closed for better deserving businesses
