Sofian APurchased Chicken Rice and Chicken Macaroni today for take away after fetching my son to school. When we reach home, we rested and settled first before we decided to eat. When me and my wife eating, she complained to me that the rice is not cooked yet. I tried mine and yah... Definitely NOT cook yet. I will attach the photo here and you can see the grain of the white rice that is not cook yet. Because of this me and my wife stop eating and I decided to call the restaurant. I've spoken to a staff and explained to him about my bad experience, he called his supervisor to talk to me. I told the supervisor regarding the problem. I even told him that they should check the quality of their food specially the rice as they well know for chicken rice. Unfortunately, the supervisor can only say "One Word...... OK!" Not even an explanation, or apology nor "SORRY"! Not even an offer to change the food. Definitely these people are not trained to handle a customer complain...even a supervisor! That's Sad as they will lose customers like this. I hope the management will look up this matter and do some changes to improve the food quality and hire the correct people that knows how to handle a complain or feed back.... Not just saying "OK!"
Miss MeVery bad experience today. I bought 1 whole chicken and was given 4 tiny containers of cili. 1 whole chicken is for 6 pax. So how is this. When i asked for xtra cili i was given 1 slim pkt. I have to ask again and was given 1 more slim pkt. If need be i can pay for more, u just have to tell me. Many of my friends have shift to alternative vendor. So sad good food but lousy service
SMizra KI like the food, the steamed white chicken rice is fantastic. It is soft and easy to eat. Have been going there at least once a month foe years. Not a romantic, its the basic shophouse eating place. The service is good, with smiles.
