Wen Pin LeongThis has gotta be the worst Encik Tan outlet with its consistently meagre portion size (vegs barely given even though it's supposed to be the most abundant and cheapest ingredient?). Chicken cutlet looks like the chicken got killed before it became an adult. Sauce also barely given. Compared to outside outlets, this NTU outlet is the worst.

Roger D. DuksiLocated in an air-conditioned room, so it's comfortable. It can get crowded during lunch, but the service is pretty quick. Food is decent, with rice and noodle options. I wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price, though.
