IzkandarBeen eating encik tan since their opening at tampines hub. Curry chicken drumstick set was my go to. It is very nice back then. The chicken, curry and rice is tasty but the egg. Now the egg is just more to oil and like roasted. Its barely an egg anymore. Back then it wasnt like this. But overall the food is tasty. Hopefully it’ll be back to normal.
Mohd HermiHello Encik Tan, Your shop states that it is open 24 hours at the entrance, but the food service does not seem to reflect that. When we tried ordering the rice sets, your counter staff informed us that they are only available after 10:30. If that is the case, it may be clearer to indicate the actual food serving hours instead of advertising the shop as fully 24 hours. Also, please consider having staff who can communicate in English. Instead of explaining properly, the staff just wrote “10:30” on a piece of paper and pointed it at our faces. Thank you.
Nur RossalinaOn 9/11/2025 at 10.07am , i order a wanton set which comes with the fried wanton. It was the tall chinese man that took my order and this one chinese aunty that made my order. So when i pick up my food i noticed that they didn’t give me my fried wanton. Which im disappointed. And my friend too order the same and didn’t get her order right. Instead the cashier guy enter TA twice so its like extra charge. And the aunty from the drinks stall too extra charge her for ice when she didn’t even ask for extra ice. Overall, i hope that your customer service can be improved.
