Edward Gan (Edward)Pathetic portion of food given. Ordered 2 sets of chicken cutlet set. Surprise to see such small portio of chicken meat. To be exact 3 to 4 pieces of chicken nuggets sizing per plate. Enquired with counter staff on quality and size of food and she could tell this is the way it is. What kind of attitude is this?! I have patronise compass one and waterway point outlet frequently but have to say its a big disappointment to its food quality and service attitude. Avoid this outlet at all cost. Out to con money with nice photos and food served is another story. NOT RECOMMENEDED
Roy TanTime about 11am plus, buy takeaway noodle at waterway point encik tan, I told the staff who cooks the noodle that I want dark soya sauce n ketchup only for 3 time then she acknowledged which I fully understand due to the noisy environment inside cooking.. when she is doing the noodle with sauce I told her again dark soya sauce with ketchup another 2 time, she put a pitch of drop of each which I am fine cause she should know how to cook it taste the best, after she done I see the noodle is clear yellow, I told the lady can I add ABIT more ketchup and dark soya sauce? She acknowledged and put light soya sauce few time, I repeat myself I would like to have dark soya sauce then she point at the light soya sauce saying this is dark soya sauce, so I point at the dark soya sauce nearby and ask isn't it dark soya and that is light soya? She then show her temper by doing 4-5 spoonful of dark soya sauce which I request.. end up my noodle become as photo.. I need to wash it with hot water till the noodle doesn't taste salty This is call service. Thank you Encik Tan experience which I promise today will be my last time
Nurhilda Binte AbdullahAll is goood. I had fishball chicken minced meat noodle. Added mushrooms for $2, the add on is abit pricey I feel. Sorry this pic doesn't do any justice. But the food is too delicious 😋
