El Biskie is a home-based micro-bakery specializing in bespoke, bake-to-order cookies and fresh artisanal focaccia. We pair unique flavor profiles with classic comfort to create irresistible treats baked fresh just for you. All items are available by pre-order only, with self-collection every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (2pm-6pm). As part of our commitment to giving back, El Biskie will donate $1 from every order.

The cookies are so freshly bake! Flavors are special, especially Earl Grey and Spicy chicken floss. Scoopable cookie is addictive and not too sweet! My whole family love it!

Highly recommend her foccacia! So good!! Soft, flavourful, and baked to perfection. Finished it much faster than I expected. Highly recommend! 🥹❤️

Highly recommend this lovely home-based bakery! They have a great selection of healthier baked goods that are both delicious and satisfying. 🌟 I absolutely love their spicy floss cookies, they have the perfect savoury flavour with just the right amount of spicy kick. Their butterscotch cookies are also an all-time favourite among my loved ones and always a crowd pleaser 🍪 I recently tried their scoopable cookie, which was a new item on their menu, and it was such a delightful surprise. The texture was amazing, and every bite was packed with flavour. Can’t wait to try their focaccia! 🥖 Definitely a bakery worth trying if you enjoy thoughtfully made, wholesome treats! 💖
