IkiehDisappointing experience with the pre-order of my toddler’s birthday cake at Ecreative (Junction Nine branch). The actual cake design looked very different from the display sample. The yellow colour shark was missing, the sea-themed top was plain, and the coral side details looked amateurish. (Refer to picture) I paid an extra $5 for vanilla sponge, but it was dry even though we ate it on the same day. The $6 chocolate ganache tasted like cheap bittersweet chocolate, not worth the upgrade. The cake was small, and most of it was just thick cream. (Refer to picture) Service was disappointing. When I pointed out the design mismatch, the bespectacled staff coldly referred to a tiny, faint disclaimer at one end of the long display cabinet. (Refer to picture) This should’ve been clearly communicated at ordering, especially with multiple staff involved. After I explained how much the yellow colour shark meant to my toddler, the staff eventually took out a toy topper from a drawer and asked me to replace one of the existing toppers myself. I usually check reviews before ordering, but trusted Ecreative because of their confident display. Unfortunately, I later saw many negative reviews - lesson learned.

Samuel L.Utter disappointment as it was meant for my birthday boy who requested Ondeh cake. Decided to give this bakery a try and turned out to be a horrible mistake. Even my son disliked it. Cake was too dry and hard. Leaves me to wonder if it was kept for days already. Anyway, the cake was sent to the bin after few mouths.
