Gillian GohThis is one of my favourite Dunkin’ outlets. The service is always prompt and polite, and the outlet is very conveniently located in West Mall, just on the right side when entering, so it is easy to find. The atmosphere is cheerful and welcoming, and it always gives me a little boost whenever I am feeling down. There is just something about this place that feels full of positive energy. I think it’s cos of the wonderful donut crew here at this specific outlet. Look out for the bright neon orange Dunkin’ logo, and of course, my favourite Mr Happy doughnut, which never fails to make me smile.

Wendy HoI was shopping with nephew .your staff very rude unpoltely.. 1) I asked about voucher ($7.50) can order any drink..i never hear clearly .. Ask her repeat again. Then She Said. " i already Can chocolate. Etc" so i cant ask again is it.. ? 2) keep rushing me for my order payment.. So i cant think and ask is it? 3) about making my drink, asked me you want cream a not.. ? Cant she politeness asked Cousmer do u want cream for your drink? I doing food cousmer service before, but i never rushed , rude to my cousmer Super bad attitude
