Grayden Goh Yan chuI’ve enjoyed several free donuts from Dunkin’ Donuts at Tampines 1 over the past few visits—thank you for the kind gestures, im a loyal and regular customer here. However, during my most recent visit today on the 5th december 2025 approx 2100hrs, while purchasing two donuts for supper, a staff member directed the vulgar word “kimak” at me. This was extremely unprofessional and made me feel harassed against POHA. I have already reported the incident to the police while they were on the scene with the staff name called “idin” on hindsight denying his actions and Misrepresenting the situation, even though the CCTV evidence proves otherwise without an apology even, and I hope Dunkin’ Donuts takes appropriate action to ensure that all customers are treated respectfully, ive held the matter to dunkin donuts via email. It’s disappointing that such a small customer experience was spoiled over a simple transaction over a free donut. Might avoid buying donuts from this place Extremely Unprofessional staff, Hope They’d quit their jobs if they arent happy with what theyre doing
