Amy DengI really have to commend the team here for their great attitude and going above and beyond for their customers. My daughter requested Dunkin Donuts for her birthday celebration at school and I needed 30 donuts for the class. She was also very specific with the flavors. I called up the Holland V location the day of to check if they were open and if there would be anything left if I came in a few hours. I had all these other DD branches as backup if they didn’t pick up. Not only did they pick up my call, they were so helpful that they told me they could reserve them for me if I just text my order to their number. Rarely do I encounter such “can-do” friendly and responsible staff. They responded immediately and confirmed with me if they could put 24 in 2 boxes and 6 in a small box (which was perfect as the 6 are for the teachers!). What a breeze they made my day. I’ve just picked up my donuts without a hitch and am on my way to school. Thank you, Rima and Rosa!
Astha SinghExtremely helpful staff! Very quick and on their toes always. I got my drink and donut in literally less than a minute it’s like the staff has superpowers. And the food and drink itself? Like heaven on earth. Absolutely delectable. This is by far the best Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to!
