Lydia EI came with the intention to buy a coffee and donut set. I was told no more drinks. Then I saw a card on the counter that claims to give 1 free donut for a Google review. When I asked the staff Laila about it, I was told that it’s a Buy One Get One Free and that it’s been going on for the last month. If that indeed be the case and it’s been ONE MONTH since policy has changed, shouldn’t all the stores change the card on the counter by now? I was told the change was implemented across the board. When I mentioned that this was not the case with another outlet that I patronised just a little over a week ago, (you can verify both my purchases and Google review from the AMK outlet) I was told that’s under a ‘different management’. I have to say, this bait and switch makes Dunkin Donuts look bad.
