Quinn LeeDunkin Donuts, a brand imported from the United States, is one of three major retailers in Singapore, the remaining being Mister Donut and Krispy Kreme. With several of their donut options dusted with icing sugar and covered in sprinkles, one might think that they are best suited for those with a sweet tooth and a reckless desire for diabetes, but try them with an open mind and you would be hard-pressed not to reshape that view; I certainly enjoyed their donuts and found them moderately (and acceptably) sweet as a snack. == RANGE == They sell five types of products, namely ring donuts (donuts with a hole in their center; they do not have any fillings), shell donuts filled with various cream and jam flavours, munchkin donuts (cake-like, bite-sized donut balls), bagels and hot/cold beverages. Every one to two months, they introduce or rotate limited-time seasonal donut flavours, such as 'Merry Raspberry', a shell donut flavor that comes topped with chocolate cream and filled with raspberry jam, for Christmas (2025) and Strawberry Matcha MochiMochi, a chewy ring donut spotting strawberry frosting with matcha drizzle, for the Lunar New Year (2026). Do check their Facebook page for updates. == TASTE AND QUALITY == After trying several of their donuts on two separate visits to their Suntec and Funan outlets, I can say that they are fresh and not as sweet as I had expected them to be. Get the Bavarian, Pistachio and their coffees! == VALUE AND PRICING == One thing I am fond of when buying from Dunkin Donuts is how fuss-free and easy it is to just order a single donut and not have to care about how much it costs, as all donuts except for the Pistachio Chocolate option cost $2.4. If you opt for a box of six regular-priced donuts that costs $14, you get to save 40 cents. In contrast, plain donuts from Mister Donut cost $2.3 while flavored donuts cost $2.5. Seasonal flavors cost $3, so they are do comparatively worse in value than seasonal items from Dunkin Donuts, as I was happy to find that their limited-time matcha filled donut is priced as a regular item at $2.4. It does really seem like Dunkin Donuts is pricing their donuts based off how much it costs to make them, rather than setting a higher price for novelty like what Mister Donut is doing. Furthermore, Dunkin Donuts' products are slightly larger in size. == SERVICE == For both of my visits to the Suntec and Funan outlets, I was served by a good-natured and immensely likeable lady going by the name of Sha, although I found it peculiar that she was the only person managing customers and operations for both outlets. Perhaps Dunkin Donuts is facing a manpower crunch? On my first visit to the Funan outlet, I approached Sha to probe her on my options after sharing with her my preferences, that I am not a fan of cloyingly sweet foods. I remember pointing at several different donuts, and for each donut that I had pointed at, I asked her what her thoughts on its degree of sweetness are and whether or not she would recommend it. Furthermore, I quizzed her on the fillings of many donuts. Throughout the whole time, she was not only courteous and welcoming of my relentless onslaught of questions, showing no trace of distaste and/or annoyance from the trouble that I had subjected her to, but also sweet and kindly in her countenance. Impressed by her sound knowledge of the donuts, genial disposition and encouraging tone, I ended up buying a box of six donuts instead of just one, and when I left, all I could feel was this sense of being seen and heard. == ENGAGEMENT AND PROMOTIONS == Although they do not offer any loyalty programs, birthday benefits or membership benefits, but will, from time to time, introduce various promotions, like buy 6 get 1 free, or vouchers entitling you to a cup of coffee and a regular-priced donut at just $5. In all, I would recommend their donuts. They just need to iron out some issues with consistency in the portions of their fillings and standardisation of promotions across outlets to warrant a hearty recommendation and 5 star review.
Lina LimFriendly staff but there is only 1 in the morning, so if she making coffee for 1 customer, the rest of customers need to wait to buy donuts only. Donuts are not too bad. Many variety available. Spanish latte is not bad too.
Her NiWe just watched the fireworks, so we hang out at Dunkin' to let the crowd die down before we make our way home. Staffs are helpful and polite. Thank you gais ♡
