Tried Dough Culture during my trip to Singapore and it definitely lived up to the hype! The fried dough was crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and not overly greasy. Everything tasted fresh, and the seasoning was just right. The staff were also friendly and the service was quick, even though there was a line. It’s such a simple snack, but it’s incredibly satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Singapore!
Visited 16/3 and bought Yellow Bean Sesame Ball and Spring Roll, both were very nice. Soft, hot, and crispy. Staffs are kind, and the cook. Thanks
Tried the fried snacks at Dough Culture and they were surprisingly good! Everything was freshly fried, crispy on the outside, and not overly oily. The dough had a nice chewy texture while still being light and fluffy inside. The standout for me was how consistent the quality was across the different items each one was served hot and tasted freshly made. Great option for a quick snack, tea break, or when you’re craving something savoury and satisfying. Will definitely be back to try more varieties next time!
