I had a really pleasant experience at Dough Culture Northpoint. The overall service was excellent—staff were attentive, welcoming, and handled orders efficiently even during busy periods. Their attitude and tone were consistently friendly and polite, which made the visit feel very comfortable and pleasant. In terms of hygiene, the outlet was clean and well-maintained, with clear attention to food handling and workspace cleanliness, which gave a good sense of confidence in their standards. The food itself was fresh and tasty, with soft, flavourful dough and fillings that were well-balanced and satisfying. Service speed was also impressive—orders were prepared quickly without compromising quality, making it a great option for a quick bite or takeaway. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish, and I would happily return again.
There is always something wrong with the cashiering part... they keep getting wrong the item count. When go back to get the correct change, it is still the wrong amount. What's more, the person who was packing the order tried to tell the cashier what good we got. But the cashier said she can see and do it herself. A few months ago, a similar thing happened. The person taking the order packed the wrong food items. When we brought up the wrong order, the guy there said cannot change anymore. So we had to settle for that product. This is the last time I will buy from this branch.
4 items charge me $5.80 instead of $5.50 Didn’t even wan to refund me the 30 cents Lousy slow service too …. I am going to boycott u …
