Syauqiv HiqliI went to buy Youtiao and Pisang Goreng on 12 June 2026. Both Youtiao and Pisang Goreng were very nice. Soft, hot, and crispy. Staff was very professional and fast… have a good experience with all the staff who are helpful and smile while serving.
firzanah faizalat 12 pm last monday, i went to buy sweet potato balls from the outlet. the place was quite crowded and overwhelming, but the young girl manning the cashier was efficient and polite. she served customers with a smile and gracefully packed their orders, moving from station to station quickly. one feedback is that i noticed there was only one person at the counter (the girl), and everyone else was near the kitchen, yet she still had to go in and out to pack the items that were not on display. i think this is an area for improvement for the rest of the dough culture staff. they should offer help at the counter or at least prepare the rest of the items for display, when the place was as crowded as it was. kudos to the young girl who managed it all on her own and still had great customer service :) other than that, it was a pleasant experience and i will come again!
