Shi Hui LeePoor service. I ordered black sesame bun and yellow bean sesame ball. Malay auntie in tudung keyed in black sesame ball and yellow bean sesame ball. I told the auntie i ordered black sesame bun. She took the yellow bean sesame ball and say yes, u wanted yellow ball right. I said yes but i ordered black sesame bun not black sesame ball. She say black sesame already in bag then i ask her why the cash register says black sesame ball when i wanted black sesame bun. She said cash register salah. I paid for the food as there was other ppl waiting to order. Then i walked a few steps away to check my food. Black sesame ball was inside! Not sesame bun. While i was checking, she was complaining in Malay to the next ppl ordering about how i complain about the wrong order. I wanted to just take pics of my food and give a poor review but i was really pissed with having received black sesame ball. After the malay couple left, i went to the counter to ask for black sesame bun. She clarified n show me the bun i wanted before putting into the bag and say it is ok and that she will change for me. Problem is, the black sesame ball which i was charged for was more expensive. Luckily she refunded me the difference. Will only order if malay guy is at cashier. Not this auntie
